Due to the reduced size of the project I had to coordinate all of the phases of the project. This was a great challenge and I had to guarantee the execution of the processes for project development and also for financial controls. -
I gained experience in the processes for contracting resources from different partners, in the process of payment of invoices and in the recovery of costs of the contracting department. | | | |
